"News like this is understandably distressing for those who live in the local community but I want to provide some reassurance by saying that initial enquiries suggest this was an isolated incident and we are doing everything we can in what is a very fast-moving investigation. There will be an increased police presence in the area over the weekend and I would encourage anyone with concerns to speak to those officers." >
