A bible that belonged to Elvis has sold at auction for more than double it's estimate. The book which contained handwritten notes by the singer went under the hammer in Stockport among a haul of other Elvis memorabilia. The bible alone went for £50,000.
A bible which once belonged to Elvis Presley is expected to fetch more than £20,000 when it is auctioned in Stockport today. The book was given to the singer by his Uncle Vester and Aunt Clettes for his first Christmas at his Graceland home in 1957. It'll be sold at Omega Auctions.
