Residents claim fracking near their homes is trespass
Residents and businesses in Lancashire have joined a legal challenge to stop the controversial drilling for shale gas - known as fracking.
They claim companies who drill near their homes without their permission are trespassing.
The challenge is being funded by the environmental pressure group Greenpeace.
Fracking company Cuadrilla insist future drilling will be safe and legal.

Environment campaigners in Lancashire have launched a legal challenge to fracking across England.
The announcement against the controversial extraction of shale gas was made in Preston by Greenpeace and residents living close to potential sites.
The challenge is based on claims that fracking companies would be trespassing by drilling horizontally under people's homes.
