Cheshire teenager plans to climb Mount Everest

A teenager from Cheshire is planning to scale Mount Everest and break a British climbing record in the process.

At 18-years-old, Alex Staniforth already boasts a pretty impressive climbing CV, but as he told ITV Granada Reports, he has had to overcome more than a few obstacles along the way.
