G4S admits serious mistakes made leading up to deaths of two workers

The company that employed a former soldier who killed two of his colleagues has offered its "sympathies to the families."

Danny Fitzsimons from Greater Manchester shot and killed his colleagues while working as private security for G4S in Iraq.

He is currently serving a 20 year sentence in a Baghdad jail.

An inquest into the death of one of the men has heard how simple checks by G4S would have shown Fitzsimons was unfit.
