Fire services hand Bosley Mill over to police after more than a month on-site

Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service says it has finally left the site of the Bosley Mill disaster a month after the explosion.

They are now in a position to withdraw from the site after successfully making it safe for search teams and investigators to carry out their work.

Cheshire Constabulary has now taken control of the site which exploded killing four people on 17th July.
