Woman claims she has been left bed bound by Lyme Disease

A woman from Liverpool claims she has been left bed-bound and forced to lie flat for 22 hours a day after being struck down by Lyme disease. Emma Horlock says the debilitating illness has triggered crippling headaches, muscle aches and problems walking.

She claims ignorance within the NHS has resulted in years of misdiagnosis and mismanagement of her illness.
