Lancashire Fire Service say six people were taken to hospital after a derelict building collapsed in Blackburn.
It's believed a group of children had been playing at the former Duke of Edinburgh pub on the corner of Hill Street and Crabtree Street.
Firefighters from Blackburn, Great Harwood, Darwen, Bamber Bridge and Chorley were called to the incident as well as specialist rescue equipment and search and rescue dogs from Lancashire and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service.
A multi-agency investigation is underway into the cause of the collapse.
