Tony Mowbray to manage Blackburn Rovers

Blackburn Rovers have announce Tony Mowbray will be the club’s new Head Coach.

The 53-year-old has agreed an 18-month contract at Ewood Park.

Mowbray will take training for the first time at Brockhall this afternoon, as the players prepare for Friday’s Championship clash away to Burton Albion.

Mowbray’s management team will include two familiar faces to Rovers fans, with the club’s Head of Academy Coaching David Lowe stepping up to become Assistant Manager and club legend David Dunn taking on the role of First Team Coach.
