Public Inquiry into the fatal police shooting of Anthony Grainger finishes hearing evidence

A Public Inquiry into the death of man who was shot by Greater Manchester Police has come top an end.

A barrister for the police admitted there had been avoidable errors in the case of Anthony Grainger who was un-armed when he was killed by a Greater Manchester Police marksman in Warrington.

But the lawyer also said "the worst has been assumed."
