WATCH: Controversial new film explores strict rules of living as a Jehovah's Witness

A new film has been shot in the North West, and it's been causing quite a stir.

It's called Apostasy and it's the story of a family of Jehovah's Witnesses, who fall foul of the strict rules governing their religion.

The director himself is a former member of the faith and he says making the film wasn't always an easy experience.
