Those who live with coeliac disease will suffer severe reactions to gluten. It's thought it affects one in a hundred people and can be undiagnosed for years.

Now a young woman from Preston who has the condition, is working to improve understanding about it. She has joined Fixers, the campaign that gives young people a voice.
