Travel bosses in Manchester hope a new zoning system that comes into force today for the Metrolink will make using the trams easier.
There will be around 200 extra staff out at stops across Manchester until Wednesday to help people gets to grips with it.
The system is similar to the London underground with the city being split into 4 zones. New trams are also on order to help ease congestion.
