Inquest hears parents 'let down' after taking toddler to hospital

Evie Crandle with her mother

The parents of a toddler who died after they took her to hospital worried she had sepsis, have told an inquest she was "let down."

Evie Crandle's family say they asked medics at Whiston Hospital in Merseyside whether she had the condition, but added it didn't get them anywhere.

The coroner's also heard from two nurses and a doctor, who say they don't remember Evie's parents raising such concerns.
