Police chief says coronavirus tests for colleagues are vital to get force back to full strength

The Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police says being able to test his staff for the coronavirus is vital, but it could be many more weeks before they are available.

Ian Hopkins says crime is down, including burglaries which have halved, but online fraud and child sexual exploitation is on the rise.
