Police Puppy Academy! Met Police dogs learn tricks of the trade

Pups at a Metropolitan police dog training academy have been learning how to search and locate their handlers.

The exercise develops the German Shepherd puppies sense of smell which is vital in finding and detaining a suspect.

The dogs have been followed by 'Puppy Police Academy', an online video series, since they were seven weeks old.
