Her family describe Freya as happy playful girl.

In November 2012 Freya fell seriously ill with septic shock. A treatable condition if diagnosed in time.

  • Freya was taken to Kingston hospital at 9 pm. on the 21 of November 2012

  • She was vomiting, had trouble breathing and a high temperature

  • But she was admitted to paediatric ward instead of intensive care

  • Concern about her condition by laughed off by the doctor in charge

  • At 5am Freya is finally given intravenous antibiotics. But her condition had deteriorated dramatically

  • She died of septic shock 45 minutes later
