One of the most expensive rental properties ever to be released onto the UK lettings market has been unveiled.
Audley House on Mayfair's Audley Square in central London is a Grade II listed Georgian mansion. It has 8,346 sq ft of luxurious accommodation over six floors.
It includes four opulent reception rooms, five VIP bedroom suites, family kitchen/breakfast room, gymnasium and a private walled garden. It even has a 353 sq ft garage.
Estate Agents Wetherell say anyone with enough money can move in tomorrow.
The mansion is available to let for £15,000 per week
That works out at £65,000 per month
Or £780,000 per year
Over five years? An eye-watering £3.9 million
The tenant will also need to pay a deposit and one month's rent up front which equates to a fee of £150,000 (equivalent to purchasing a studio flat in outer London).
Here's a tour of the property. Is it worth the money? Lets us know on Facebook or Twitter.
