Estate agents JT Clarke admit the house is in need of some modernisation, and are appealing to potential new owners put their own mark on it using their own creativity.

last week, figures from the Nationwide revealed London property values had leapt by 25.8% year-on-year, marking the highest growth rate for the capital since 1987. They also broke through the £400,000 mark on average for the first time.
