A man who died of a heart attack in yesterday's RideLondon-Surrey's 100-mile cycling event, has lead to more than £4,000 being donated to his fundraising page with kind messages of support.
Kris Cook collapsed during the bike ride while cycling with 11 other riders who were each raising money for a hospice.
Those who have donated to his page have already raised almost ten times his target for Woking Hospice and sent their "thoughts and prayers" to his family.
The hospice provides a comprehensive Palliative Care Service to residents of West Surrey.
