A murder investigation has been launched following the death of a man in Battersea.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 4:15pm on Tuesday, 21 June to an address in Wayford Street, Battersea to reports of a man stabbed.
The man, aged 18, was pronounced dead at the scene at 5pm.
Next of kin are aware. Formal identification awaits.
A post mortem examination will be scheduled in due course.
A man, 18, was subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody at a south London police station.
Officers from the Homicide and Major Crime Command investigate.
