Police in Hammersmith say they are becoming "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of a missing 76-year-old man from Fulham.
Oswald Henderson Mapp was last seen at 1.30pm on August 26 near Fulham.
He is a black under 5ft and is slim and balding.
Oswald is known to visit the Alperton area, Fulham and Putney.
At the time he disappeared, he was wearing a light blue long sleeved shirt, black trousers, black shoes, black belt and grey farmer's cap.
His family and police are concerned for his welfare as he has dementia and Type 2 Diabetes.
