Arsenal fan Sir Mo Farah has praised Arsene Wenger for the work he has done in 22 years manager the club prior to the Frenchman's final game in charge of the Premier League team.
Farah says Wenger has changed the club since arriving in 1996 and his impact will continue to be felt after he departs.
Speaking ahead of the Westminster Mile, Farah said: "I didn't want him [Wenger] to go in that way, to be honest.
"Wenger is a great manager and what he has done for the club in the last 22 years has been incredible, amazing.
"He's done a lot for the club, we might not see it but we will see it at some point. What he has done for the club you have to appreciate and be grateful for that and I think he has changed a lot in Arsenal itself."
