A mother is asking the Attorney General for a new inquest into her daughter's death after a fatal asthma attack was linked to illegally high levels of air pollution in south London.

Nine-year-old Ella Kissi-Debrah lived by the South Circular Road, one of the Capital's busiest. She died five years ago. A scientist later found there had been spikes in noxious gases in the area at the same time she'd suffered asthma attacks.
