Josh Hanson, of Kingsbury in north-west London, was knifed to death in that RE Bar in Hillingdon, west London, in October 2015.
He was found with a serious wound to the neck and was pronounced dead at the scene.

O'Brien was detained in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, last month.
Deputy chief district judge Tan Ikram ordered O'Brien to next appear in custody at Old Bailey on April 9.
