Boris Johnson has increased his lead over Labour challenger Ken Livingstone to four points as the campaign for London mayor enters its final week.
But Mr Livingstone's team insist they are not dispirited by the YouGov survey for the Evening Standard.
The poll gives Conservative Mr Johnson a four point lead of 52%-48% after second preferences are taken into account.
Labour says the race remains "neck and neck" with just three days to go before voters across the capital go to the polls.
