Two men have been charged with conspiracy to defraud in connection with the investigation into the murder of wealthy former oil executive Carole Waugh.
Miss Waugh's body was found with a single stab wound inside a car in a lock-up garage in Lime Court, New Malden, south west London, on August 2.
Derek Eastham, 55, of Great Peter Street, Westminster, central London, was charged yesterday while Elie Khoury, 39, of Spring Street, Paddington, central London, was charged today.
The outline of the alleged offence is that, between April 15 and August 1, Eastham conspired with others to defraud banks and other financial institutions and was in possession of criminal property, namely a quantity of counterfeit currency.
