Businesses 'may suffer' if office spaces disappear

Lambeth Council is taking the government to court over laws that make it easier for developers to turn offices into homes.

The relaxed planning regulations are meant to ease pressure on the housing market. But councillors claim businesses and jobs will suffer as office space begins to disappear.
