Is the Paralympic legacy fading?

A year ago, London was preparing for what was to become an extraordinary 11 days. The London Paralympics were hailed as the greatest ever - a celebration of sport and a turning point in perceptions of disabled people.

But 12 months on there are concerns the legacy is fading. A survey given exclusively to ITV News shows disabled people think little has changed- in fact, some things are getting worse.
