One of the men accused of murdering soldier Lee Rigby gave evidence at his trial today for the first time.
Michael Adebolajo told the court he had no regrets about the killing, that he himself was a soldier, obeying the command of Allah, and that he loved Al Qaida.
At one point Fusilier Rigby's widow Rebecca left the court in tears.
Both defendents deny murdering the soldier in May.
