Oxford Circus assault leaves passengers cut and bruised

A passenger trying to get off a train at Oxford Circus was left with a cut on her head after being assaulted by a group of youths.

The victim was trying to get off when the group tried to get on through the same doors. Another passenger who tried to intervene was also assaulted and was left bruised.

The attack happened on around 12.15am on Sunday, 15 December 2013 on the northbound Bakerloo line platform.
