For more than a century some villagers on the Isle of Wight have enjoyed free water - thanks to a deal struck in 1907 - but that could be about to change. The free supply was granted to residents of Gatcombe and Chillerton in exchange for the land - to build the water works on - But more than 100 years later - Southern Water claims the deal has run its course
