How bad is the housing crisis in your area?
The South East is facing a housing shortage with more than 21,000 new homes needed just to keep up with population growth, according to latest research.
The National Housing Federation say that 118,000 homes were built in England in 2014 - leaving a 120,000 shortfall.
Experts say the 245,000 new homes need to built each year and the current level of construction is the lowest peacetime levels since the 1920s.
In the South East, 41,700 houses are needed per year, with 8,700 built during 2014. This leaves a shortfall of 21,840.
