Night shelter 'lifeline' for rough sleepers in Brighton
The number of homeless people sleeping rough on the streets of Brighton has increased by more than 20%.
The city has banded together to provide a new winter shelter which can help as many as 30 people every night.

It opened in December and will run until March.
Providing a hot meal and a bed it has been described as a 'lifeline' for those sleeping rough during the cold winter months.
It has been made possible by all parties on the city council.
