Victims of violent crime 'let down by the authorities'

It's 11 years since Garry Newlove was murdered by youths after he confronted them vandalising cars outside his home. His widow Helen was later appointed the Victims' Commissioner, to help other families devastated by violent crime.

Baroness Newlove visited Sussex, following a number of high profile cases where victims have felt let down by the authorities. Malcolm Shaw reports.
