The family of a pedestrian who died in a collision with a car at Ringwood in Hampshire earlier this week have paid tribute to him.
Forty-six year-old Nigel Andrews from Whiteheart Fields in Ringwood died after the incident which happened just before the Salisbury Road roundabout on the A31 eastbound on Monday 19th June.
Hampshire Police said officers were called to the scene shortly after midnight following the collision which involved a white Vauxhall CDTi.
Mr Andrews' family paid tribute to him today, saying "he was loved dearly and will be missed forever".
Detectives said that a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision is ongoing.
