A woman from Hampshire who was knocked unconscious when her horse landed on top of her says the air ambulance saved her from life changing injuries.
As she lay on the ground, paramedics weren't sure whether Jo Dunn would walk again.
After months of rehabilitation and rest, Jo made a full recovery and says the speed of the helicopter response was crucial.
Around 14 months since the accident, she has run a number of marathons and an ultra-marathon which saw her run overnight for more than 12 hours.
