The Chief Executive of a school for young people with autism has described three members of staff, killed in a crash on the M4, as "lovely, bubbly and gentle".
Mike Robinson from Prior's Court school in Hermitage near Newbury spoke to ITV News Meridian one week after the crash.
The staff room at the school has been filled with flowers and cards since the deaths of Lorraine Maclellan, 60, from Farnborough, Cathy Gardiner, 52, from Reading and Jason Aleixo, 44, from Newbury.
The minibus they were travelling in was involved in a crash with a lorry on the M4 on Thursday 11 October shortly after 11am.
The eastbound carriageway between junction 14 for Hungerford and junction 13 for Chieveley was closed for several hours.
