The expansion plans for Southampton Airport are being discussed by residents as part of a six-week consultation.
The airport's Master Plan details how the airport plans to grow and continue to support the region over the next 20 years.
It includes passenger forecasts and infrastructure requirements to meet the growing demand for air travel to and from the region. It also highlights the development of a runway starter extension as well as the expansion of the existing terminal building.
Residents who live under the flightpath have been voicing their concerns for the environment, and the impact of noise and pollution. A number of meetings are being arranged.
Residents have already discussed the plans in meetings at Shawford, Eastleigh and Bitterne. A meeting will be held at the airport itself on Saturday, 20 October.
