Pride of Britain: up close with our regional winners

ITV News Meridian sat down with the Pride of Britain winners for the East and West of our region to hear what it means to win Fundraiser of the Year.

Our West winner is Nathan Abbott who was bullied because of his cleft palate and is now helping others to get corrective surgery.

We also spoke to Icolyn Smith, known as 'Ma Smith', who won the TBS Community Partner Award.

She has devoted her life to feeding the homeless by leading a team of volunteers at a soup kitchen in Oxford.

Our East winner is Hannah Richards who has been raising awareness of male suicide ever since her brother took his own life.
