Thousands across the south coast and Thames Valley have attended Remembrance Day parades and services.
One hundred years after the end of the Great War, the region fell silent to commemorate the fallen - and those who have died in conflicts in between.

A village parade was diverted past her care home so that well-wishers could sing her Happy Birthday.
