An inquest opened and adjourned at Reading Town hall into the deaths of three people killed in a crash on the M4 in Berkshire.
Last month, Lorrain Maclellan from Farnborough, Cathy Gardiner from Reading and Jason Aleixo from Newbury all died when the minibus they were travelling in collided with a lorry.
They were all staff members at Priors Court School near Newbury, which looks after children and young people with severe autism.
At the time, three young people from the school were also injured and the lorry driver was treated in hospital for minor injuries.
Since then, tributes have been made and a family fund was set up by the school to receive donations.
The school's Chief Executive paid tribute.
The coroner, Alison McCormick opened and adjourned the inquest saying "further investigations were being undertaken" and as such, the inquest was adjourned to be fixed to a later date.
