Weather for the west of the region.

Weather for the east of the region.

This Evening and Tonight: Temperatures dipping under evening clear spells, however thickening cloud should mean they rally later in the night to limit the extent of any frost. Patchy light rain possible in the west by dawn. Minimum temperature 2 deg C (36 deg F).

Tuesday: Breezy but fairly mild. Rather cloudy overall, but with some brighter spells. A little patchy light rain is possible, initially in far southern, but later western districts. Maximum temperature 9 deg C (48 deg F).

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday: Windy with a spell of rain Wednesday, introducing brighter but colder and blustery conditions overnight and into Thursday, with some wintry showers possible. Probably fine and frosty Friday.
