A mother who's campaigned relentlessly to change the law after her son died in a crash has received some encouraging news. Michael Molly died when a tyre on the coach he was on burst on the A3 in Surrey. That tyre was almost 20 years old.
Michael had been on his way back from Bestival music festival on the Isle of Wight almost seven years ago. His mum Frances Molloy has been fighting since then to prevent public service vehicles being driven with worn-out tyres.
Frances has now had two separate phone calls from two Government Ministers. They said they were listening and ready to act. Ashley Derricott reports.
