Our third report is about a woman from Farnham in Surrey who has built a multi-million pound business from humble beginnings.
Caroline Redman Lusher, a singer and musician, is the founder and creator of Rock Choir.
It was set up in 2005, and now has more than 30,000 members in 400 towns and cities across the UK.
"Who would have thought something like this could work but it just shows you people love music, people love singing."
of Rock Choir members are women
Caroline set up Rock Choir to enable anyone to enjoy singing, to express themselves and release stress.
Anyone who wants to become a member, does not need to read music or have to audition.
Caroline started playing the piano at the age of seven and started singing at the age of 11.
