A new form of treatment for the most common type of arthritis is being trialled at Reading's Royal Berkshire Hospital - and it could transform thousands of lives.

The NHS procedure - called Genesis - is the first of its kind in Europe, and could help people who struggle with osteoarthritis of the knee.
