Two teenagers arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with the St Mary's Street fire in Southampton, have been released under investigation.
A building under construction caught fire on the afternoon of March 26.
Nearby homes and businesses were evacuated due to the severity of the flames.

Two boys, aged 11 and 13, were arrested on suspicion of arson on Thursday.
A third boy, aged 12, was also arrested in connection with the incident.
All three boys have been questioned by officers and released from police custody but remain under investigation.
Thick black smoke could be seen for miles.
Kingsway and St Mary's Road were closed off with those living nearby told to keep their windows and doors shut.
There are no reported injuries.
