One man on a weight-loss journey is taking on the London Marathon this weekend.
Daniel Williams from Dover is one of tens of thousands of runners who will take part in Sunday's 26-mile running challenge in the capital.
A year ago Daniel says the London Marathon would have been 'unthinkable' when he weighed 25 stone.
Since Christmas, the 27-year-old has shed an impressive 9 stone.
He says he had "many sleepless nights" about once his ballot for the marathon arrived in November last year.
Daniel has decided to raise money by running for Pilgrims Hospices, the same hospice that cared for his grandad who lost his battle with lung cancer in 2017.
Daniel plans to complete the course in six hours.
