Lewes Prison has been plagued by problems for a number of years and, despite a two-year action plan as part of special measures, it is NOT improving - it's getting worse.
Since their last visit, prison inspectors found further evidence of suicide and self-harming, violent disturbances and attacks against staff - and they say, it's all being fuelled by drugs.
