It's long been known that music is good for the mind, body and soul. Whether it's belting out a show tune in the shower, or singing along to the car radio, - singing together makes people happier. It's also something anyone can do.
To prove that point a charity has gathered together a group of people with learning disabilities, dementia and downs syndrome, to have a singalong, once a week. They say it's a huge confidence booster, and helps people who may be isolated to make new friends. Jane Hesketh went along to see them in action.
